Kraft paper composite flat-bottom pouch with side gusset

Our flat-bottom pouches with side gussets are also known as box-bottom pouches or block-bottom pouches.

They are made from a composite of kraft paper (outer layer), BOPA and PE (inner layers) and are optionally available with or without a degassing valve.

The aroma valve ensures that excess gases from degassing products – such as freshly roasted coffee – can escape without oxygen entering. This preserves the aroma for longer.

For products that do not outgas, the more cost-effective option without a valve is sufficient.
