Kraft paper composite box pouches individually printed with your logo/slogan

Resealable barrier pouch made from brown kraft paper composite for storing and protecting food as well as all kinds of small and spare parts (e.g. seeds, nuts, powders).

Material: Kraft paper laminate 50 / BOPA 15 / PE 90 µm (completely aluminium-free and suitable for direct contact with food)

Thanks to the grip seal, the pouches can be resealed over and over again.

Thanks to the flat bottom, the filled bag stands upright. Also suitable for automated filling.

Sealed Doypacks are easy to open using the notches on both sides above the grip seal. However, these stand-up pouches with side gussets do not necessarily need to be heat-sealed. They can also be used without sealing because the bags feature a grip seal. Please note, however, that this means the customer will not get the impression of opening a brand-new, unopened product.

Of course, the Doybags are odorless, tasteless, and can be written on and labelled.

We supply the bags pre-opened to make filling easier.

For outgassing products such as coffee, we recommend the version with a aroma valve. We can also print these upon request.

We use exclusively water-based pigment inks for printing in the CMYK colour space (without white).

Disposal: as composite packaging via the recycling bin or yellow bag.

What is the minimum quantity for printing?

Stand-up pouches and block bottom pouches from 100 pieces, mailing bags made of corrugated board or solid board from 100 pieces, KRAFTMAILER® from 100 pieces, cardboard boxes with crash-lock bottom and self-adhesive closure from 25 pieces. The prices are complete prices including printing. You can also find the minimum order quantities directly on the product page.

How do I send you my print data?

Ideally as vectorised PDF, EPS or AI files with at least 300 dpi. Uncompressed JPG and PNG files are also accepted, but in those cases our print data check does not apply. You can upload the file via the form in the basket or send it by email.

Which colours can you print?

We print using CMYK digital printing. We cannot print special and spot colours such as gold, silver and white.

Where can I find the print templates?

On the product page under "Diaries / Print templates", as a PDF for each format.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the item, approx. 5 to 7 working days from print approval. Larger print runs in flexographic printing are calculated and offered individually. In this case, a longer delivery time of 5 to 7 weeks must be expected.
