Shipping methods and shipping costs
No minimum order value, free shipping within Germany for net goods values of 300 euro and above. We deliver via DPD or DHL, by freight forwarder or using our own vehicle fleet.

Delivery and shipping costs
The following terms and conditions apply to freight and packaging:
- There is no minimum order value.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery address.
- We deliver free of charge within Germany for net goods values of 300 euros and above.
- Delivery is made via DPD or DHL; you select the parcel service at the checkout. If shipping by freight forwarder is more cost-effective, we will ship via freight forwarder instead and confirm the lower shipping costs to you before dispatch.
Express delivery
Express deliveries within Germany must be received before 12:00 to be delivered on the next working day (Mon–Fri).
Saturday deliveries are available on request.

Deliveries to non-European countries
Delivery is made to a unloading point at the destination. Additional customs duties may apply, which the buyer must pay directly to the relevant customs authority.
Islands and other countries
The prices apply to deliveries to the mainland. Please enquire about island surcharges and countries not listed.
Freight forwarding, our own fleet or collection
Bulky shipments
We deliver bulky shipments via freight forwarding or our own fleet. Please check the shipping costs with our service team before placing your order. You can also reach us by phone on 04542 900470.
Collect in person
Alternatively, you can collect the goods yourself or commission your shipping partner to collect them. In this case, the aforementioned shipping costs will naturally not apply.
Delivery to Switzerland
We ship to Switzerland using our standard parcel delivery at the prices shown in the table above. Alternatively, you can order via meineinkauf.ch:
Orders that are not shipped via freight forwarder can also be sent quickly and easily to a German delivery address. The entire process, including import and customs clearance, is handled by meineinkauf.ch.
Our shipping partner meineinkauf.ch handles all import duties and formalities for a small fee and delivers the goods directly to your door in Switzerland. Delivery takes approx. 5–6 working days.

Important: When placing your order, enter your meineinkauf.ch email address as your email address. Otherwise, your order cannot be allocated!
Delivery to Switzerland
MeinEinkauf.ch pays Swiss VAT, takes care of customs and customs clearance fees, and sends the parcel to your personal address in Switzerland.
Pre-paid orders only: For customs reasons, we can unfortunately only ship orders via meineinkauf.ch that have already been paid for (advance payment, PayPal, credit or debit card, link, Amazon Pay). Purchase on account is unfortunately not possible!
Data protection note: For orders placed via MeinEinkauf, it is necessary to transmit invoice documents to MeinEinkauf at regular intervals for customs clearance and the proper processing of the order.
