Q: Is the tubular film also suitable for vacuum sealing?

No. This is not vacuum sealing film . Unfortunately, we do not stock this in our standard range either.

Q: Is the item suitable for direct food contact?

No. This material is not certified for direct food contact. We would be happy to suggest possible alternatives for your application that are better suited. Please contact our customer service at service@nordwerk.de or call us on 04542 900470.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order from a packaging unit upwards, for example from a single parcel or a roll. Volume pricing applies to larger quantities.

Tubular film made from industrial recycled granulate - in stock.

The tubular film from our ECO series is made entirely from industrial recycled granulate (post-industrial recycled material from production waste)">. This ensures a largely consistent product quality across multiple production batches.

Whether manual or automatic: With our transparent tubular films made from recycled LDPE granulate, you can easily and flexibly create protective packaging for your products yourself. The length of each bag can be tailored to the item being packaged. This is ideal for varying lengths of individual items or varying quantities of small parts.

Application is extremely simple. Process the tubular film from the roll into flat bags using a standard heat sealer: seal one end, insert the product, seal the other end, and cut off. Your packaging made from a film tube is ready. If you do not have a sealer to hand, the ends can of course also be left open or sealed with packing tape.

Please note that our tubular films made from recycled granulate are not intended for contact with food. Tubular film for direct food contact is available from us in many different dimensions.

To prevent contamination during transport, each of our rolls is additionally inner-packaged in (recyclable) film. A clean solution.

The film features a continuous, manufacturer-neutral material and recycling notice. Your product remains clearly visible, and existing barcodes can generally be scanned. We supply the rolls with a 76 mm cardboard core.

The ECO tubular film from Nordwerk is also suitable for industrial and automated applications.

The film is recyclable as mono-material LDPE – without adhesives or coatings.
