Printed paper padded mailing bags
Printed mailing packaging promotes your brand, your product or your online shop. Increase your brand awareness with a logo print. At the same time, you convey professionalism and reliability to your customers. Your promotional messages are sent out with every order.
Digital printing for small print runs
We can produce print runs of as few as 100 printed padded mailing bags using 4-colour digital printing. There are no additional setup costs for the machine or for printing plates. We deliver your order in approx. 5-7 working days from print approval.
The stated prices are valid for a positive print and the corresponding print area. Production takes place using 4-colour digital printing in the CMYK colour space. Spot colours or special colours such as gold, silver and white cannot be printed.
Ideally, you should provide your print data in vectorized form as a PDF, EPS or AI file with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Alternatively, JPG (uncompressed) and PNG image formats are also possible, although our print data check does not apply to these. If required, we will be happy to provide you with a corresponding template.
Printing is carried out using water-based pigment inks; printing is exclusively on the outside.
And for larger quantities: flexographic printing
For order quantities of 20,000 pieces and above, we print using the flexographic printing process. This printing method also allows special colours such as white. If you are interested, please feel free to request a non-binding quote.
Padded mailing bags made of FSC®-certified paper
Our padded paper mailing bag is ideal for shipping goods that are sensitive to impacts. Simply peel off the backing of the adhesive strip, fold over the flap and press down. That's it. Your goods are ready for dispatch. WAVEMAILER® bags are manufactured in Germany. The paper is FSC®-certified (license code FSC® C130790). Recyclable – disposal via waste paper bin.

The prices are complete prices including printing. You can also find the minimum order quantities directly on the product page.

Depending on the item, approx. 5 to 7 working days from print approval. Larger print runs in flexographic printing are calculated and offered individually. In this case, a longer delivery time of 5 to 7 weeks must be expected.
