Kraft paper stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with aroma protection valve and grip seal

Printed with your slogan/advertising message using digital printing: Smallest print runs starting from just 100 pieces possible, delivery time approx. 5–7 working days from print approval.

Resealable barrier pouch made of brown kraft paper for storing and protecting outgassing foods such as roast coffee.
Aroma protection valves or pressure relief valves are used to protect the aroma and maintain the quality of oxygen-sensitive and outgassing products. They protect against excess pressure in airtight packaging.

The one-way valve allows gases from the inside of the pouch to escape to the outside. This protects the aroma of the coffee beans.

Thanks to the grip seal, the pouches can be resealed over and over again.

The base gusset allows the filled pouch to stand upright.

Sealed Doypacks are easy to open thanks to notches on both sides above the grip seal. The stand-up pouches do not necessarily have to be sealed. They can also be used without this seal, as the pouches feature a grip seal. However, this does not create the impression of first-time use for the customer.

Naturally, the stand-up pouches are odourless and tasteless, as well as suitable for writing and labelling.

Printing is carried out in the CMYK colour space using water-based pigment inks; printing is exclusively on the outside.

What is the minimum quantity for printing?

Stand-up pouches and block bottom pouches from 100 pieces, mailing bags made of corrugated board or solid board from 100 pieces, KRAFTMAILER® from 100 pieces, cardboard boxes with crash-lock bottom and self-adhesive closure from 25 pieces. The prices are complete prices including printing. You can also find the minimum order quantities directly on the product page.

How do I send you my print data?

Ideally as vectorised PDF, EPS or AI files with at least 300 dpi. Uncompressed JPG and PNG files are also accepted, but in those cases our print data check does not apply. You can upload the file via the form in the basket or send it by email.

Which colours can you print?

We print using CMYK digital printing. We cannot print special and spot colours such as gold, silver and white.

Where can I find the print templates?

On the product page under "Diaries / Print templates", as a PDF for each format.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the item, approx. 5 to 7 working days from print approval. Larger print runs in flexographic printing are calculated and offered individually. In this case, a longer delivery time of 5 to 7 weeks must be expected.
