For your information: What does “double-wall” mean?

The term “flute” refers to the corrugated paper layer inside corrugated board. A double-wall box consists of:

a smooth outer liner,
a fluted paper layer (the flute),
a smooth middle liner,
a second fluted paper layer (the flute),
and a smooth inner liner.

How do I find the right cardboard box?

In the Box Finder, enter the dimensions of your goods or your desired interior dimensions. It shows suitable cardboard boxes with interior dimensions, flute type, and price. The decisive factors are the interior dimensions under "Data at a glance"; the article name states the rounded dimension.

What do "single-wall" and "double-wall" mean?

Single-wall cardboard boxes (B or E flute) are suitable for lighter goods, double-wall boxes (BC flute) for heavy or fragile goods. The approximate load capacity is listed for each cardboard box.

What are height creasing lines?

Cardboard boxes with height creasing lines have additional crease lines, for example at 100 and 150 mm. You cut the four corners down to the desired crease line and fold the flaps there so that the height matches your goods. Whether a cardboard box has height creasing lines is stated under "Data at a glance".

What does FEFCO 0201 mean?

FEFCO-Codes describe the design of a cardboard box. 0201 is the standard cardboard box with four flaps on the top and four on the bottom that meet in the middle.

How many cardboard boxes are in a parcel?

The quantity per parcel and per pallet is listed for each cardboard box. You order in full parcels; volume pricing applies for larger quantities, and a more favourable pallet price applies starting from a full pallet.
