Printing cardboard boxes with logo
We print over 180 cardboard box formats made from single-wall and double-wall corrugated board with your logo using our in-house digital printing, optionally together with the material details for marking in accordance with the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR). Printing is available from as little as one parcel; you can select which sides are printed on the product page. We print larger print runs using flexographic printing and offer these separately upon request.

We print your logo on cardboard boxes—and, upon request, can flexibly include the legally required information, such as material labeling in accordance with the EU Packaging Directive (PPWR). The prices listed here include standard printing on two adjacent sides (or one side); you can select printing on two opposite sides or all four sides on the product page.

Calculations are based on the nominal size of the box. The measured internal dimensions are shown with “approx.”; if they are slightly smaller than your goods, the box is marked “tight”. Manufacturing tolerances of a few millimetres are possible. Rotating the goods is taken into account. “Reduced” means the box has a height crease and can be folded down to this height. Unit prices as shown in the shop; the price in the cart applies.
Empty space is the portion of the box’s interior that your goods do not fill; padding and air count as empty space. We calculate this based on the measured interior dimensions (using the reduced height for boxes with height creases) and, for shipping envelopes, based on the space the envelope creates around your goods. This is a guideline; it is not a guaranteed characteristic. The EU Packaging Directive (PPWR, Art. 24) limits the void space in shipping and outer packaging to a maximum of 50% starting no earlier than 2030; the exact calculation method is still to be determined by the European Commission.
The classification according to the package sizes of DHL, Hermes, DPD, and GLS, as well as the letter sizes of Deutsche Post, is a guideline based on the estimated external dimensions of the empty box and is not a guaranteed characteristic. Please check the dimensions and weight of your packed box yourself before shipping; the carrier’s current terms and conditions apply. The specified volume is for informational purposes only: Depending on their contracts, some carriers charge for large, lightweight packages based on volumetric weight or impose surcharges for bulky packages. Where we are aware of a surcharge, the note “Surcharge possible” will appear on the box.
How to order printed cardboard boxes
- Select box: in the Box Finder above (the "printed" switch is already on) or in the categories Single-wall printed cardboard boxes and Double-wall printed cardboard boxes.
- Select sides: two short sides, two long sides, lid or base, or even multiple sides. Opposite sides receive the same design. The extra charge per piece is shown on the product page.
- Upload print file: directly on the product page when ordering.
- Select quantity and order: Printing is available from one parcel; the parcel quantity depends on the format and is shown on the product page.
For a reorder, select "Identical reorder" and enter the order number. You will not need a new print file then.
Large print runs in flexographic printing
We print larger quantities using flexographic printing. We provide separate quotes for these orders upon request: to the enquiry form.
What fits on the cardboard box

Every printed box has the same dimensions and the same corrugated board as its unprinted counterpart in the cardboard boxes. Only pallet boxes are not available printed.

What is the minimum quantity for printing?
From one parcel. Depending on the format, this is 2 to 400 boxes; the exact quantity is shown on the item page.
Which sides can I have printed?
The two short sides, the two long sides, the lid and the bottom, individually or combined. Opposite sides receive the same design.
How does my logo get onto the box?
You upload the print file for the item when placing your order. Printing is done using digital printing in our own facility.
Do you also print large print runs?
Yes, using flexographic printing. We will provide you with a separate quote for this; write to us via the enquiry form.
Can I reorder a print job?
Yes, via the “Unchanged reprint” option using the order number of your previous order.
Can I also have the material labelling printed according to PPWR?
Yes. The material specifications can be printed on the box together with your logo or on their own.
