Bungs for paper cores and other roll applications
In the paper, film and packaging industry, end products or intermediate products are frequently wound onto cores. The web tension during winding as well as during storage and transport generates forces that act on the core (paper core). Bungs are used to prevent the core or paper core from deforming or breaking.
Our conical bungs are easy to insert straight and, with their cylindrical section, ensure a central fit and even load distribution.
Lateral webs provide additional tolerance compensation.
Also for protecting the roll ends.
