Brown crash-lock bottom box with self-adhesive closure, Christmas Edition

Now available in the Christmas edition featuring a festive design printed on 2 sides.

The brown crash-lock bottom box features a crash-lock bottom (FEFCO 0701), a self-adhesive closure, and a tear-open tab with double perforations.

Uses and benefits

Quick assembly: The crash-lock bottom is pre-glued and pops into place automatically when unfolded, with no packing tape needed.
Self-adhesive seal: peel off the release liner and seal the lid, no additional packing tape required.
Space-saving storage: The box is delivered flat-packed.
Material: single-wall corrugated board (B-flute), internal dimensions ranging from 160 × 130 × 70 mm to 400 × 260 × 260 mm.
Positive shopping experience: Thanks to the tear strip, the end customer can easily open the package without additional tools. This means no knife is needed for opening, which could otherwise damage the goods.

Applications

The box is used in e-commerce and fulfilment, for example for textiles, accessories, cosmetics, electronics accessories, books, gifts and returns. There are four sizes and three designs: "Fröhliche Weihnachten", "Frohe Weihnachten" with a gnome and "Ho Ho Ho!".

Material and flexibility

The box is made of brown corrugated board (approx. 100% recycled paper content according to the manufacturer) and is disposed of via paper recycling. Flat delivery reduces transport and storage effort; thanks to the self-adhesive seal, no additional packing tape is required.

In short: With our brown crash-lock bottom box with self-adhesive closure, you’ll save time when packing, reduce material and storage space, and maintain flexibility in how you use it.
