Protect goods sustainably during shipping
To ensure the cushioning, our WaveMailers consist of® consist of a 3-layer paper composite:
outer layer
Consists of recycled 140 gsm white flamed paper and protects the contents from contamination and moisture.
middle layer
Gives the WaveMailer® its name. It effectively protects the contents from shocks and is made of 120 gsm recycled paper folded in a wave shape.
inner layer
Enables easy filling due to a very smooth 90 gsm soda paper and has a pleasant feel.
From practice for practice
Antistatically optimized adhesive paper cover. Even when filled quickly, the cover strip does not "stick" to your hands. The internal side gusset provides you with a larger filling volume. With 2 x 25 mm also ideally suited for shipping as a Maxibrief. The extra long closure flap of almost 8 cm ensures a secure closure of the bag opening.
Suitable for machine processing
The specially beveled corners of the closure flap and the inside side gussets not only make filling easier, but also ensure error-free machine processing by your shipping service provider. This makes these paper envelopes ideally suited for all shipping companies such as DHL, DPD, UPS or GLS.
FSC® certified paper
Made in Germany - we produce the WaveMailer® in Germany from FSC® certified paper. The FSC seal identifies wood and paper products that come from responsibly managed forests. The envelope is of course 100% recyclable. Disposal and return to the raw material cycle is simply done via the "Blue Bin" (waste paper).
