Transparent stand-up pouches (Doypacks) – Flexible packaging with clear visibility
Transparent stand-up pouches are also known as Doypacks. They consist of PET (12 µm) on the outside and PE (110 µm) on the inside; the contents are visible through the clear film.
Versatile applications
Our transparent stand-up pouches are suitable for numerous industries and products. Typical contents:
- Food: dried fruit, nuts, spices, tea, snacks, confectionery, cereals, and much more.
- Cosmetics & care products: bath salts, masks, powders, herbal mixtures.
- Pet food: treats, dry food, nutritional supplements.
- Technical products: screws, spare parts, granulates, powders, or accessories.
Material structure and properties
The oxygen permeability is a maximum of 150 cm³/(m²·24 h), and the water vapour permeability is a maximum of 12 g/(m²·24 h). The outer layer made of PET is dimensionally stable, moisture-resistant, and gives the pouch a smooth, glossy surface. The inner PE layer can be heat-sealed.
