What does the "Blue Angel" environmental label stand for?

Since 1978, the "Blue Angel" ecolabel has identified products, services and production processes with outstanding environmental characteristics. Our ECOMAILER® mailing bags made from recycled material are subject to regular and strict controls and must continually prove themselves in terms of quality, recyclability and carbon footprint.

Lower carbon emissions through the use of recycled granulate

These mailing bags are manufactured from post-consumer plastic waste. A recycled material from end-consumer waste, also known by the abbreviation PCR. The proportion of recycled material is over 80%. Therefore, the vast majority used is plastic that is already in circulation. Throughout the entire production process, we place special emphasis on compliance with environmental standards and the optimisation of energy efficiency.

Less packaging waste through multiple use

Resources can be saved not only by using appropriate raw materials. That is why we have equipped our ECOMAILER® with a second self-adhesive closure. In the event of a return, your customer simply uses the mailing bag a second time.
